Refund Policy

Formly LLC provides LLC formation support, registered-agent services, EIN assistance, and related operational services. Once an order is submitted, our team may begin work within hours.

Because much of this work involves labor and non-refundable third-party fees, refunds depend on the stage of the order.

If you request cancellation before Formly LLC has started work on your order, you may be eligible for a refund of the Formly LLC service fee, minus payment-processor charges.

To qualify, the request must be received within 24 hours of placing the order and before processing begins.

If processing has already started, refunds are calculated based on work already performed. State filing fees, registered-agent fees, EIN-related fees, and other third-party costs are non-refundable once paid or activated.

The following items are generally non-refundable once the order has been submitted:

• State filing fees paid to the Secretary of State
• Registered-agent annual service fees once activated
• EIN application processing once submitted
• U.S. phone number setup and monthly service fees
• Expedited processing fees once requested
• Banking and payment-gateway assistance once consultation has begun

Formly LLC does not control processing speed or approval decisions of state agencies, the IRS, banks, or payment providers. A delay or rejection by a third party does not automatically create refund eligibility.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly through support.

To request a refund, email contact@formlyllc.us from the email address used to place the order. Include your order number or full name, the date of purchase, and a short explanation.

Our team reviews requests and responds as soon as possible. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method according to payment-provider timelines.
