Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Formly LLC does not provide legal representation, tax advice, accounting advice, or fiduciary services.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information, maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, and use the platform only for lawful business purposes.

You remain responsible for the accuracy of your submitted formation information and for reviewing final documents before use.

Quoted prices may include Formly LLC service fees and certain filing-related components, depending on the selected offer. Government and third-party charges may be subject to external processing rules.

Services may begin once an order is submitted, which can affect refund eligibility under the applicable refund policy.

All website content, branding, workflows, interface design, and materials created by Formly LLC remain the property of Formly LLC or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

The platform is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Formly LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-interruption damages.

Formly LLC may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, misuse the service, or fail to fulfill payment obligations.

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the state in which Formly LLC is registered, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules require otherwise.

Formly LLC may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
